Shopping in the cold

It is absolutely FREEZING! I mean it always gets cold in Finland and Northern Europe in general. But this year it stayed warm for so long, that this temperature now just feels extra cold. It is now 25 degrees BELOW zero. Yes -25 celsius. We use celsius degrees here, and converting into fahrenheit is not something im good at, so you can google it ;) Lets just say that, i have dark hair, i went out today and it was silver/grey/white once i came outside. And doggie will not even go out. I can take here there, put her down, she does her business and goes inside. She will not walk and even standing looks funny, cause she keeps lifting one paw at a time off the ground. Yea, yea, im Finnish so i should be use to this cold, right? No. I was born here, but i wasnt born with fur, geesh.

Today man didnt have practise, so despite the cold, we took a bus downtown and while he was having lunch at their team lunch place, i went "shopping". I call it shopping, even though most of the time, i really dont get anything, i just look around and might even try stuff on. I think its a fun waste of time and just walking around town, you see so many people and different styles, and can get inspiration for dressing. Well, i did find two tops. I been wanting something new to wear under my cardigans, and something long too so i can wear it with some comfy leggings. The tops are actually jersey dresses from the summer, but lucky for me, short enough to look like tops. Also what was good about them was the price. 15.90€ regular, now 5€ a piece! So i got myself a white and a black one. They were from a store, i NEVER find clothes from, called Anttila, which is a department store, and the brand was Rut.m.fl. I was looking at their clothes over there and there was actually some other nice pieces too. Also, what i realized was that Nelly.com (a good internet clothing store) actually sells Rut.m.fl. So even though Anttila is not the fashion store at all for me, atleast this brand was nice and is good to know they sell that brand somewhere other than online.

The tops i got were very much like the green one in the middle of these pictures. Only difference is that my tops had pockets on the side. A very good deal i would say, and sooooo perfect with leggings and a cosy, warm cardigan.Just what i wanted!

Its time for me to go make some salad, and watch man cook for himself. Im being lazy, and because im not eating carbs, im letting him do the cooking tonight since he wants something with carbs. Have a good rest of the week. We´re already half way done!!
