I just stuffed myself with salad that i made out of stuff that man had in the fridge. It had very little carbs and it was super good! Just thought i´d share what all i put in it, so you can try it too. So this is what i had mixed up and cut to little pieces:
cucumber, zucchini, tomatoes, salad (any will do), red pepper, olives, mozarella cheese, onions and chicken. As a salad dressing i used red vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. It was simple but very good, and i realized you can put mozarella in different salads, not only eat it with tomatoes and onion, which is the way its mostly served.
I kinda want to go get another plate.. Well to be honest, a third one. But I wont. Im saving the rest for tomorrow morning, before we leave out for the away game at 10am.
